Recreating Paradise

The four pillars

Weeds are our friends

Weeds are not obnoxious little creepers. They are usually Mother Earth’s little (and not so little) helpers.

Gardening is Health

We can garden part of our own food at home. The more the merrier. Biodynamic farming and permaculture provide the backup to make it right.

Managing energy

Sun, water and wind are all around us. It’s in us to harvest them to support out needs.

Managing waste

Trash is a resource wasted. Observing our resources we can become more savvy energetically-wise by reporpusing.

Our Mission

Our aim is to research the possibilities city or semi rural environment provide for a healthy living tending to sustainability.

We want to share and learn about four main areas to start, and maybe more as time goes by:

  • foraging what’s already there
  • gardening in small spaces
  • energy management
  • waste management

If we lived in a deserted island that sustain life, we would have food, water, energy, and energy waste resolved.

So ideally if we were able to bring that concept to our own environment, we shouldn’t have to pay for any of those vital elements.

Is it possible? At least it’s worth the try.

Why gardening?

100%
Organic

Gardening our own fruits, vegetables and, dare I say it, edible flowers and weeds, we almost guarantee to have food free from pesticides all year around.

The word pest is loaded, but pesticides are just poisons. Even if they don’t kill us right away, the adding up is really bad news.

100%
Seasonal

Nature is wise beyond our wildest dreams. If something grows here and now, it’s to support life here and now.

Lerning or re-learnign to eat with the seasons is basic for a healthy thriving life.

100%
Fresh

At the end of the day, it’s all about energy.

Eating right from the plant, provides a different type of nouroshing which gets lost in the rerigeration/transportation/storage process.
